The location is in a good spot to public transport readily available. Plus, this hotel is near to all tourist attractions and Handschuhsheim. The units were newly remodelled and well-maintained with a nice view. There is a central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk - that's always a plus.

The hotel is centrally located near all tourist attractions and easily accessible by train. the tram station is just a five-minute walk away, making it convenient to get around the town. the hotel's proximity to the center of town allows for easy access to public transportation.

the services were good, offered us complimentary free wi-fi. the whole staff was really helpful and very caring. location: the hotel was close to the tram lines and public transport readily available and the deutscher kaiser.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was airy, the staff were pleasant and friendly, they gave us great tips, and the location was central.

Greatly enjoyed this place, it was well-organised. The hotel was in the central setting to all tourist attractions using the train system. Moreover, it was near to the tram lines at Hans-Thoma Platz, Handschuhsheim...

Lovely big rooms, light, airy and clean. Friendly staff, very helpful....made us a packed lunch to go walking in the hills. Good English spoken and my poor German also tolerated. Good traditional German style breakfast included. Interesting and scenic walk up to hilltop monastery, amphitheatre and watch tower with spectacular view of Heidelberg centre, river, bridge and castle. S-bahn stop just down the road with connection straight to Heidelberg city centre every 5 minutes. We had a great weekend.

The location was great and perfect, in a great neighborhood, convenient to go everywhere. It was close enough to the tram into the city centre, historical castle, and the center in 10 min. Free parking in the courtyard or on the road.

From my point of view was a little far from downtown

The hotel has a central location close to all tourist attractions. It is conveniently located near the train system and tram lines at Hans-Thoma Platz. the unit is modern, airy, and offers a nice view. There is a large bathroom with a modern design.

The setting of the hotel was lovely and in a great neighborhood. Tiefburg Handschuhsheim was next door. I got a standard double room for 2 nights with a large bathroom, a nice view, and modern design, and enjoyed it.

The hotel is in a very cute neighborhood - unfortunately, parking is a little complicated there. We were welcomed by the woman on shift and checked in well before our check-in time with no problems. She let us leave our car in the tiny lot while we went out on the town. The room was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the shower head bracket on the adjustable-height rod wouldn't actually stay in place and slid down to the lowest position. I informed the woman that checked us out and she seemed genuinely interested in getting it repaired. The breakfast was good and fresh.
